FAQ


How to check my subscription

 

* please be sure if you’ve already purchased the app with your current account

 

iOS
 

1. Go to Settings > Tap [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
 

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.


3. Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.


4. If you have an active Online Piano Atlas subscription you will see the Online Piano Atlas, OPA subscriptions, Yearly or Monthly and the next billing date. Next billing date refers to the date until your subscription is active and on which a subscription will get renewed.

 

 

Android


1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet

 

2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.

 

3. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.

 

4. Select the OPA subscription and check your next billing date. 

Next billing date refers to the date until your subscription is active and on which a subscription will get renewed.

 


I have an active subscription, but asking to purchase again

 

* please be sure if you’ve already purchased the app with your current account and you have an active subscription

 

iOS
 

1. Open the app, choose any brand


2. Tap OK in the pop-up window asking for a subscription


3. Scroll down the packages page, tap RESTORE PURCHASE. Wait until confirmation, close and reopen the app

 

4. If the issue still persists, delete the app from your phone, and reinstall it from the App Store

 

5. Open the app, and repeate the steps 1,2,3

 

6. If the issue still persists, please contact us

1. Delete the app from your phone 

 

2. Open the Store, search for Online Piano Atlas and reinstall the app

 

3. Check if it works

I have a new phone, how to activate my subscription?
